If you want to make the images, displayed in the Tracks selection panel bigger and clearer, just make the panel wider. To do this, stretch the panel with the mouse, by dragging its right side (the mouse pointer should be located between the panel and the vertical ruler).

If the panel becomes too wide, you can narrow it using the same technique.
