Model Train Layouts & Track Plans
Home Nathan's Pass Railroad Layout in N Scale
This is a version of Nathan's Pass layout plan, designed in SCARM by Ralph Gauthier. It is a N scale doubled line folded dog bone for continuous running of 2 trains and a couple of sidings for switching.

The track plan allows many variations for the scenery and that is used very well by the author with a small town in the center, connected by a road to the passenger train station in front. The project is very detailed and has many custom created objects like various buildings, rolling stock, vehicles, roads and infrastructure. Download the SCARM project file from the links below and see it with all details on your PC.
The tracks and turnouts in the project are selected to be Kato N Unitrack with several additional Atlas N flex-tracks. The Atlas flex-tracks have no roadbed like Kato sectional tracks, so that should be made after laying and testing of the whole route.
